About the Project:

The Cat’s House Boutique Hotel came from the desire to create a luxury hotel that was designed to accommodate both humans and their cats. Most pet-friendly places are dirty and unwelcoming so the intention was to create a high-end experience worthy of a feline guest.

Approach:

In order to create a luxury feel, the color scheme features elegant light browns and whites and is paired with an elaborate calligraphic logo. The icon for the hotel also subtly holds a “C” within the cat’s body for “Cat’s House.” All deliverables are tailored directly to a feline-loving demographic and appeal to the needs of pet-friendly travel. The Cat’s House Hotel welcomes guests and their cats to an elegant space of feline luxury. Upon checking in, each cat would receive a custom name tag paired with a Cat’s House food bowl for their stay. Their caretakers also enjoy their experience with complimentary branded amenities. A trip to the bar, The Cat’s Meow, allows both felines and humans to enjoy cat-themed treats. Branding continues throughout the website including a cat-friendly spa and ”breed-themed” room names such as The Persian, the penthouse suite. Deliverables include: brochures, key cards, door hangs, slippers, toiletry boxes, cat name tags, pet food bowls, wine bottles, two menus,  and merchandise such as pet carries.
